RULES & REGULATIONS :
- Residents are expected to take care of every article of the hostel. Any damage will be charged for. No pictures, paper cutouts or time table etc should be stuck on walls or the furniture or will be charged Rs. 500/- penalty.
- The care taker is entitled to visit and inspect the rooms of the resident.
- One key of every room must be deposited with the caretaker in the office.
- We are not bound to serve the food after or before the timings.
TIME TABLE
- In the dining hall, residents should come in full dress for meals.
- Rights Of admission is reserved. Strict diciplinary action will be taken If any misbehavior is happen in premises .
- Laptop & computer Desktop Will be charged Extra (Per Month 200/-)
- Electrical appliances not allowed (like iorn,Hot Plate ,Heater,Heating Coil )
- Cooking is not allowed in room & other premises
- The Bed & Mess charges are subject to change from time to time with prior notice of 15 Days.
- Resident should report any sickness immediately and are liable to be send to hospital at the discretion of the hostel caretaker.
- No intoxicating liquor, drugs, cigarettes etc. of any kind to be provided or consumed by the residents or the visitors etc. in any premises of the hostel.
- Residents are not allowed to bring their own furniture in to the room or move furniture from one room to the other.
- Rooms to be kept tidy and residents should help in maintaining the premises clean.
- Complains if any should be made caretaker, whose decision will be final.
- All the residents must return to the room by 9.00pm and with late permission to the atleast 10.00 pm
REGISTRETION FEES :
- Deposit amount will be 3 month of the Bed charges. Deposit will be refunded at the time of leaving Bed and has to pay at the time of the admission. Any breakages or unpaid dues will be recovered from the deposits.Hostel fees have to pay in advance for the three months in the first week of JANAURY, APRIL, JULY and OCTOBER.The resident who joins at any time of the month will have to pay full charges for the month.
LEAVE AND RETAINING FEES :
- Deposit will not be refunded if the resident is willing to leave the bed before 6 months. Also resident have to confirm in written notice at least before 2 months and if the notice is not given, fine for one month will be taken. In the event of a resident on the due date without any prior notice, will have to forfeit the right of admission and management will have to give the room to the other applicant.
VISITORS :
- Visitors & Guests are allowed only on working days between 5 pm to 7 pm and on Sundays and national Holidays between 8 am to 12 noon and 4 pm to 8 pm.No guests or Parents are allowed to stay with the resident.Gent Visitors are allowed to visit the resident only in the Dining area.
LATE LEAVE & NIGHT OUTS :
- Leave for night out will be allowed with special written permission from the caretaker. Resident must report on return.
